Fanta4 and Mustafa Sandal to appear at 2006 FIFA World Cup Fan Fest™

The final two bands have now been booked for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Fan Fest™ at the Glückauf-Kampfbahn stadium in Gelsenkirchen. During the FIFA World Cup™ the Fantastischen Vier and Mustafa Sandal will draw fans of German hip hop and the Turkish musician to Schalke's traditional home.

"With our concert programme we've already scored a major victory before a single ball has been kicked. The choice of international artists such as Mustafa Sandal is an excellent fit for our city, which is now home to lots of people of Turkish origin. And in Bryan Adams, Simple Minds and Status Quo some true world stars are coming to Gelsenkirchen", said mayor Frank Baranowski, welcoming the top acts that have been booked for the concert evenings on non-matchdays.

Mustafa Sandal released his most recent album, Seven Reloaded, which includes hits such as Isyankar, in 2004.
